Everyone,

First and foremost I want to thank everyone for visiting the site these past few weeks since rolling out the new "look". The response has been great and the interaction is picking up steam which is one of the big things I was hoping this new site and format would allow for. That being said, due to how I’ve set it up where anyone can comment or write on the site without having to log in has allowed for spammers to post junk messages that have no relevancy to the film.

So, to combat this issue and to help save my team and I from having to manually erase junk comments and/or messages you will now have to create a log in to leave comments or contribute content to the site. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and I wish I didn’t have to result to these measures, but I really want to keep the site’s focus on the film and your enjoyment of the site as high as possible. The process is not hard and will take but a second. If you don’t want to comment on stories or posts you do not need to create a username and password to view the site, this will only effect those of you who wish to leave comments for others or myself to read. 

Just so you know, your info WILL NOT BE USED by April Showers in any way for profit or sold to any third party groups. However, we may use your e-mail and/or contact info (random selection) to reward you with a gift from April Showers. Perhaps a signed poster, DVD or any number of things just for supporting the film. So please do sign up/in and continue to enjoy the site and support the film, it means the world to us. 

Lastly, this month is going to be full of BIG NEWS so be sure to check back often.
