This deleted scene shows the original ending to Jason’s on camera interview with NNN reporter Barbara Fowler. 

In the film, when Jason storms off we cut to Jessica’s house. In the original edit of the film Jason is confronted by Sam (Nina Rausch) by one of the news trucks and is followed by Helen Mann (Brenda O’Brien) and her cameraman. 

This particular sequence was cut do to time and because we had already given the audience the information Sam and Jason discuss. Though I did like the ending with Helen and tried to find ways to work that part of the scene into the finished film, but alas it too was cut.
