In this deleted scene Sally (Illeana Douglas) speaks with Sean (Kelly Blatz) about April’s death. 

This sequence was in the original edit of the film, though was removed at the last second because I felt their combined silence (as it appeared in the film) was more telling and powerful.

I really liked this scene as you see it here and feel that Illeana does a remarkable job. This was a hard scene to cut.
